GALASSIAROMA.COM ships worldwide with MBE.

GALASSIAROMA.COM does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

As for International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports all GALASSIAROMA.COM orders are shipped out of Rome, Italy with an official Invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in Euro.

IT IS ILLEGAL TO DECLARE LOWER VALUES OR THE ITEMS AS GIFTS AS PER INTERNATIONAL IMPORT REGULATIONS.


SHIPMENT COSTS AND TAXES
The shipments are charged according to country of destination. Prices on line includes just the Value Added Tax Exemption (VAT), not include shipping and import fees.

 

SHIPMENT FEES

Orders shipped to the rest of the world are sent with MBE (Monday through Friday) and require a signature upon delivery.

IMPORT FEES
Clients shipping to the U.S.A. DO NOT HAVE TO PAY IMPORT FEES UPON DELIVERY. These fees are pre-calculated in the merchandise value of the items on-line.

Importer Requirements - Social Security Number 

GALASSIAROMA does not have a branch in then U.S.A. to import the orders therefore the client is considered the final importer. Private U.S.A. citizens and non-U.S.A. citizens residing in the U.S.A. who import Internet goods from abroad are required to have a Social Security Number and must release this number willingly to the express courier or broker, in this case Federal Express.

Non-U.S.A. citizen/resident who DO NOT have a USA Social Security can provide a CBP - Customs Border Protection - assigned number. The process to obtain a CBP assigned import number generally takes 10 business days.

If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as for GALASSIAROMA.COM commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.



SHIPMENT TRACKING

When the order is shipped, Clients receive an E-mail from GALASSIAROMA.COM specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status.

In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by the courier and/or GALASSIAROMA.COM.
