Issey Miyake Revolutionary Style by Satoshi Kondo

Clothes made to unite even when everything seems to divide us. The fall / winter 2020 collection by Satoshi Kondo, creative director of Issey Miyake, features knitted garments with infinite sleeves that connect the wearer in a sort of warm embrace. The models also parade hand in hand in what, together with the bright colors, soft and padded fabrics and round cuts, looks like a party of the soul. It is a soothing fashion without angularity, to be worn with a smile. Elaboration of the now historic A-POC project, this time the only piece of fabric has become a very long connecting cord between the differences of the men who, while dancing, want to get back together. There remains the illusion of something beyond achievement, an aspiration as well as an inspiration. Creativity comes out of the usual stereotyped winter colors, it wants to emerge and leave an unmistakable mark on the personality of each individual. It unmistakably leaves its mark, no doubt about it.
