Returns and Refunds policy

If for some reason you are not satisfied with an item, or with the whole order, you can return the item (or items) without having used it, within 14 days from the delivery date.

Follow the instructions, listed below, and if all the information is correct, we will immediately issue the return authorization code that you will need to return the package and receive a refund as soon as possible.

GALASSIAROMA BOUTIQUE RETURNS POLICY.

Before sending the goods, check that you have the following requirements:

- Make a return request from the last order placed on your account

- For security, contact customer service at the e-mail address contact@galassiaroma.com

- The garment must be in the same condition in which it was originally shipped and packed in an orderly manner.

- The return must be made within 14 days from the delivery date.

If the above conditions have not been respected, we will notify you and give you the opportunity to return the garment to your address at your expense.

 REFUND

When GALASSIAROMA receives your package, it will verify that all the conditions listed above have been respected.

If the procedure has been carried out correctly, we will send you an e-mail indicating that the return has been accepted.

The refund will be made on a personal Paypal Account; or a bank transfer will be placed on your bank account.
