Orders are shipped from GALASSIAROMA.COM, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 17:30. Weekend orders will be processed from the following Monday morning.

AVAILABLE ITEMS: IMMEDIATE SHIPPING

Orders for available items will be shipped on the same day of the order, in a manner compatible with the needs of the warehouse during the terms indicated.

In all other cases, GALASSIAROMA.COM reserves the right to carry out the shipment immediately, should circumstances not attributable to the company arise.

SHIPPING TRACEABILITY

Upon shipment of the order, GALASSIAROMA.COM, send its customers an e-mail containing the shipping number provided by the courier.

Customers can follow the status of their shipment on the website www.mbe.it, or on the courier's website indicated by simply entering their shipment number in the track number field

"Find a shipment".

The web page displayed will show you the exact location and the various updates of your delivery.

SHIPPING DATA

Shipments to Italy and Europe are made by courier and are always free, all other shipments if less than €200 in amount will be charged as shipping costs and may vary according to the country of destination.

In accordance with applicable trade laws, all shipments are accompanied by a receipt stating the value of the individual items in euros.

For items on sale, the value of the item with the percentage reduction is also indicated. Furthermore, for these items the customs fees (if required) are charged to the recipient.
